Love – or Máquina do Amor (Love Machine) – was made for Casa da Musica in Porto in early 2022, and featured a large cast of young professional musicians and adults with special needs and disabilities, all of whom joined in creating the material of the final piece.

A strange and exotic machine appears from nowhere which appears to offer ecstasy. One couple, Orpheus and Euridice, stay too long, and disaster follows.
