After a career as a performer Tim has practised as a director, animateur and writer for most of the opera houses in the UK, as well as for many other companies and orchestras, devising new work from scratch with diverse groups in the community. In collaboration with composers and designers he has written and directed a large number of new operas for young people. He has a close relationship with the Casa da Música in Porto. He has exhibited as a painter, and is passionate about multi disciplinary work.
